Our furniture can be ordered directly from the people who make it, without a middleman's markup, providing out-of-the-ordinary design, customization, and high-quality construction at prices similar to prices of much of the typical, disposable furniture on the market. In addition to ordering by phone or e-mail, many people come to our Fredericksburg, Virginia workshop/showroom, about 1 -1/2 miles off I-95, about 45 minutes south of the Washington beltway. But most of what we sell is to customers who have never visited our showroom, and the only major dissatisfacton we've heard of was as a result of a damaged shipment in 2001; aside from that, the only signs of dissatisfaction since then have been two ottomans returned, with prompt, full refunds in all three cases.
